Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders and Dispatch Times

Orders placed and paid for on working days (Monday to Friday) before 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability).

Delivery Times

Netherlands and Belgium: 1 working day
Delivery usually takes place the next working day (99% of all shipments). Please note that this is not a guarantee.

Germany: 2 working days
Delivery normally takes 2 working days (99% of all shipments). Please note that this is not a guarantee.

If you wish to place a last-minute order, please contact us first — we may still be able to ship your order the same day.

We currently deliver our products within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Please contact us for delivery to other countries.

Netherlands

Shipping cost (rosettes up to Ø 40 cm): €8.75 incl. 21% VAT
Shipping cost (ceiling mouldings, wall mouldings, skirting boards, rosettes over Ø 40 cm, adhesive – regardless of order size or combination): €14.50 incl. 21% VAT
Free shipping for orders above €150.
Pick-up in Haaksbergen (by appointment): free of charge.

An additional surcharge of €7.50 incl. 21% VAT applies for Saturday delivery or delivery to the Wadden Islands.


Belgium

Delivery Information

Once your order and payment have been received, we aim to process your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed and paid for on working days (Monday to Friday) before 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day (if in stock).
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, the order will still be dispatched within one week. You will be notified by email.
Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle you to any compensation.
If you wish to be absolutely certain an item is in stock, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped via Transmission / GLS and are sent with signature on delivery.

Transmission / GLS delivers Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
As soon as we hand over your parcel to Transmission / GLS, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the driver may try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. In that case, a card will be left in your mailbox indicating where your parcel has been delivered.
If no one is available, the parcel will be taken to the nearest depot. You will receive a "missed delivery" notice allowing you to reschedule or choose collection from the depot.

Please make sure to respond promptly to this notification.
Parcels not collected within 5 working days will automatically be returned to us.
Any costs associated with the return shipment will be charged to you.
The same applies to refused shipments (except in cases of visible transport damage).

Leave-at-door permission (without signature):
If you grant permission to leave the parcel at a designated location, no signature will be required. By doing so, you waive the right to hold the carrier or sender liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.


Upon Delivery

Please inspect the parcel carefully for any visible damage before signing.
By signing, you confirm that the parcel has been received in good condition.
If the package is damaged, you may refuse delivery or ask the driver to note the damage on the delivery form.


Inspection of Delivered Items

All orders are thoroughly checked before shipment.
If your order appears incomplete or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours by email.
We will then contact you to arrange a solution.

If we do not receive notification within 24 hours, we consider the order to have been delivered in full and in good condition.
For returns, please contact our customer service first.


Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (who is not the carrier), have received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stukadoorsbedrijf Luteijn, De Greune 28A, 7483 PH Haaksbergen, The Netherlands) by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post or email: [email protected], phone: +31 53 4358235).
You may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including the delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard option we offer.
If you chose home delivery instead of free collection in Haaksbergen, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment — whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is at your own expense.


Return Service:
You may use the “Pick & Return” service offered by our carrier Transmission.
Please note: this must be booked through us, and Transmission charges a 50% surcharge on the original shipping cost.
The exact return cost depends on the parcel size and postal code — we can calculate this for you upon request.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life.

  • Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

  • Goods that are, by nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Audio/video recordings or computer software whose seal has been broken.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions).


Partial Returns

It is also possible to return part of an order.
Please contact us first.
If you return part of your shipment, you will receive a refund for the returned products only.
Return shipping costs and shipping risk are your responsibility.
