The payments in our webshop are handled by Lightspeed Payments i.c.w. Mollie Payments Foundation. Mollie is our partner in the field of online payments. She is known for her many years of experience with online payments and provides the fast and secure processing of payments for a large number of web shops.

Bancontact/Mister Cash
Bancontact / Mister Cash is an online payment system developed by the joint banks in Belgium and is the most accepted online payment method in Belgium. If you use internet banking at AXA Bank, Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, FINTRO, ING, KBC, CBC and VDK Spaarbank, you can pay directly with Bancontact / Mister Cash. You pay for your purchases directly in the bank environment you are familiar with.

Bank transfer
At checkout you can also choose to transfer by bank: you can then transfer the amount due via a regular bank payment. Follow the instructions provided with this payment choice.
Your order will then be processed when the payment has been credited to our account.

Cash on delivery
TransMission will stop cash on delivery shipments. Due to the changing needs of consumers and the emergence of alternative payment methods, the demand for cash on delivery shipments has decreased.

Pay later with Klarna 'Buy now, pay in 14 days!'
When you choose 'Pay afterwards with Klarna' you do not pay for your order in advance, but you have 14 days to pay afterwards. You will receive the invoice by email with the order and payment must be made to Klarna within 14 days, as indicated on the invoice. By choosing this payment method, you automatically agree to Klarna's terms and conditions.
How does it work?
Klarna asks you to fill in your details truthfully and as completely as possible. A credit check takes place on the basis of your data. This check determines whether you are eligible to pay with Klarna. If it doesn't work the first time, don't worry - this can also be due to a typing error. Therefore, check your details and feel free to try again. If you are nevertheless refused by Klarna, we will offer you alternative payment methods such as IDEAL, PayPal or credit card.
The payment term is independent of the return term of 14 days. After paying the invoice, you continue to have the right to return (new, unused products) within 14 days. After processing your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account number with which you paid for the order. When the entire order is returned, the agreement with Klarna is automatically dissolved. To be able to use Klarna, you must be 18 years or older and the shipping address and billing address must be the same (so no delivery to a DPD Parcel Shop delivery or 'to the business').
